I looked at the Legend of Zelda sub-entries and I noticed there was no entry for the Moon from Majora's Mask. I looked around and there's quite a bit of fan-made content for it.

I also found a lot of different craft and 3D modeling for it. Would this be something significant enough to create an entry?

If you see that have relevant content, you can make an entry, and talk about the fanarting and the 3D modelings. With this, I think that can be a good entry.

This moon also reminds me of the moon in Soul Eater. It would be great if they were "related" somehow (i.e., Soul Eater's moon based on Majora's Mask), but that is quite unlikely.

I don't think it's related. ^^; Though, Soul Eater's Moon and Sun are pretty interesting.
