Aqua Is Useless, along with variants such as Aqua Is Fucking Useless or Useless Goddess, is a sentence used to belittle KonoSuba character Aqua. It has become a running gag among the KonoSuba fandom.
History
Aqua has been canonically called useless as soon as chapter 1 by Kazuma Satou, and he has since then regularly called her "useless" or "worthless", due to her stupidity ruining his plans and generally outweighting her usefulness in his party as a healer and a mage.
This was echoed in many memes, especially in subreddits such as r/animemes and r/Konosuba. Although ironic in nature, the existence of those memes led to many debates in those subreddits, arguing whether or not Aqua genuinely is worthless.
