As for the second image, I have no clue. Though, if I were to guess, I'd say that it's not a meme because the time frame in which each photo was uploaded suggests that only one person made these derivatives and that is not an evolving meme. That's forcing a meme which is really really frowned upon everywhere.

I havnt seen alot of those at all. If that is the only derivative then its probably not a meme.

I think the actual name might be "Mammy" after seeing a thread on 4chanarchive.org.
