The Applebee's Reply Guy/Applebee's Response Guy is the manager of the official Applebee's page on Facebook. On July 27, 2012, people began posting pictures and comments on the Applebee's page after one person's witty status recieved a reply.
The person manning the Facebook page continued to reply many of these posts, this continued into July 29th. By July 28th, nearly all of the posts on the page involved the 1991 NES game "Battletoads" in some way, shape or form; many people also began to shop images of the titular Battletoad's faces onto many Applebee's related pictures.
Applebee's has now featured this as an official album on thier corporate facebook page:

By July 29th at least 6 Facebook parody pages, maybe more by now had been created including:
