“Bitch I’m Fabulous” is an expression used to convey self-confidence and a sense of superiority. Usually superimposed over images of animals or people preening, the phrase is used to shut down an argument, in a similar vein to haters gonna hate and I’m sorry, I can’t hear you over the sound of how awesome I am.
The first use of the phrase “bitch I’m fabulous” online was on September 15th, 2007, when Blogspot blog bitchimfabulous published its first post. The first image macro featuring the phrase was a photo of a pomerian puppy and was uploaded to imgfave on January 3rd, 2011.

@MeggzzBxch used the hashtag again on November 23rd, 2011, and on December 8th, 2010, before it was used on Twitter by a second user, @MoisesAreRed on December 15th, 2010.
On November 27th, 2011, an image of a dog fluffing its fur with the phrase superimposed over it was uploaded to WeKnowMemes. As of March 2014, the image has been shared across social media over 3,900 times.
On November 9th, 2012, the Facebook page “Bitch, I’m Fabulous” was created. As of March 2014, the page has over 1,000 likes. On November 12th, 2012, YouTuber SimGretina uploaded a video featuring Club 69’s song “Diva” titled “Bitch I’m Faboulous.” As of March 2014, the video has gained over 92,000 views.
