The phrase "I do Cocaine comes from Dr. Rockzo, the rock and roll clown. Dr. Rockzo is a character in the adult swim series Metalocolypse, which is about a band called Dethklok who are the most popular band in the world and the world's 12th largest economy. Dr. Rockzo appears in Metalocolypse episode 17 "Dethclown" which aired on November 26,2006. When Dr. Rockzo enters the bands home he sticks his hand into Murderface's(The bassist)pocket looking for money and whispers in Muderface's ear "I do cocaine." Later in this episode Dr. Rockzo makes the band watch his music video called "I'm Just a Rock n' Roll Clown" where he bathes and skates through mountains of cocaine while snorting it of course. The lyrics of the song are all cocaine related in which Rockzo sings "roll that money," "Gonna put white christmas up my nose," "One of these days they're gonna take me away cuz I'm Dr. Rockzo and I do cocaine!" and "Huh? Why is my nose bleedin? Uh I fell down."

Since his first appearance Dr. Rockso has made numerous reappearances, in episodes: Cleanso(Where Dr. Rockzo gets clean), Snakes n' Barrels 2(Where Rockzo falls back into his cocaine habits), Dethday(Where Rockzo entertains as a party clown), and Dethmas (where Rockzo is released from jail and starts doing cocaine). Whenever entering a scene Rockzo will announce he is Dr. Rockzo the rock and roll clown and he does cocaine. The future outlook for Rockzo is bright, he is returning for season 3.5 on 10/17/10 for the episode "Dethzazz". Variations of Dr. Rockzo's saying involves Hank Hill of King of the Hill from Fox in which he says "I do Propane!" There are also many other variations with "lol cats." The words I do cocaine can also be applied to various situations in which someone or something is acting weird, passed out, or makes a crazy face they have to announce "I DO COCAINE!" Rockso has become an online phenomenon in which people love to imitate or parody irl or in MMORPGS. Rockso is somewhat of a pedo because of his obsession with 14 year old sluts.
The notability of Rockzo's saying is just because its absurd! It literally is a crazy doped out clown running around announcing that he does cocaine.
