Jean-Charles is a french meme that has appeared on french facebook 'likes' websites.
It is basically a joke that stars a kid named Jean-Charles, no one really knows Jean-Charles but everybody seems to. The origin of its name itself is a mystery.

The jokes consist of a beginning that makes you think Jean-Charles is actually some kind of gangster but the joke ends with his mother warning him, to be careful.
