In Chapter 9 of the game Portal 2, you are promised a "surprise" by Wheatley, when you try to walk on a launch pad, you go sideway's and you are flown between test chambers, eventually the following lines come up:
GLaDos: Well this is the part where he kills you
Wheatley: Hello, this is the part where I kill you
Chapter 9 The Part Where He Kills You
Achievment: The Part Where He Kill You
This has been seen repeated by almost every reaction to a video wich shows that content (even though some don't unlock the acievement).
