Yellow Diamond’s Neck also known as "Angry Yellow Diamond" refers to the fad of exaggerating the face of Yellow Diamond, the biggest threat and major antagonist in the show as of the first two seasons.
Origin
In the Steven Universe episode "Message Received" Yellow Diamond made a face of anger and exasperation before Peridot called her a "clod", which is the most iconic scene used to apply the fad. (Shown below)
