1) Omnislash was in 1997. Great Aether was in 2008.
2) Omnislash is multi-elemental. Great Aether is fire only.
3) Omnislash uses the sword only. Great Aether uses Ragnell and Ike's fists and legs if you watch closely.
Small details, but enough to differentiate them for me.
