I… Does it being written in the bill of rights automatically make it more important than human lives? Because let me tell you something, that was an AMENDMENT to the constitution. As in altered, changed, added in. Just because its on paper doesn't mean its automatically more important than things that aren't written down, despite similar laws and single payer stuff being quite common in other countries. The implications of that are… bad to say the least.
