Gun Control Debate - No one can shoot back in Gun-free zones

I don't understand why this is so downvoted. I agree that arming absolutely everyone might not be the best idea, but this comic doesn't seem to advocate for that. Just that places where no one, not even armed guards, can shoot back do make optimal targets for mass shootings. (Unless I am misinterpreting it.)

Also, this isn't loss, right?
