Ah, good ol' money laudering schemes.

Has the US ever signed any treaty on those? (Palermo, Vienna, Basileia, etc) I can only infer they signed at least the last one because that was a treaty that added terrorism financing as something to be investigated. Works of literature and art are BIG red flags since their cost is so subjective.
