Gijinka / Moe Anthropomorphism - Does this even count for mermay?

I can't get over how gracefully pretty she is.

Fun fact: Those 2 growths on a manta ray's head are actually fins. In addition to it's pectoral and pelvic fins. this means vertebrates having 6 appendages is totally possible, but manta rays are the only vertebrates we know of that do.
