Anime / Manga - I shall be taking my elf lolibaba and leaving!

I was recently reading some Lawful Good = Lawful Stupid / Making your Paladin Fall debate, and apparently there was some consensus that LG characters should uphold good laws, and fight to change or abolish bad or evil laws, so if the DM isn't being anal about it, paladins are given some leeway to bend or break the (man-made) rules.

So… this particular pally is doing God's work and doing no wrong.
