what EVEN means this. What the fucking context of this exclamation

Becuase I doubt she means in an abroad sense. Or what, now we cannot use the word brave at all?

I think what she means is that when someone says something racist/sexist it's often also praised by others that think similar as "brave for speaking the 'truth' that is normally censored".

E.g. "Despite making up 13% of the population…" and then others calling them "brave" for doing it.
