I'm gonna take a guess that this is about people hypocritically claiming moral superiority by publicly calling loli disgusting while secretly drawing it on their anonymous accounts.
Drawing loli, even lewd loli, is perfectly fine, but being hypocritical by publicly condemning lolicons makes it seem more like they have some skeletons in their closet involving real children.

imo everything is fair game as long as they've been aged up beforehand.
