Mario games: Hilariously fun, but never change. Still preferable over COD though :P

Soldier: Mario games are praised because the gameplay elements are constantly being updated and changed, in a good way. Sonic games do the same, but Sega never learns from the mistakes they previously made and include gimmicks to hide the bad design.
