This chart is only relevant if US wait times are displayed right beside the Canadian wait times. How do I know the wait time for cardiac by-pass surgery in the US isn't 180 days?

Remind me again which healthcare reform bill the GOP passed while they were in power for eight years. No, the Iraq War doesn't count. Oh, that's right … the Medicare prescription drug benefit expansion.
