@ Voltage The names “Calvin” and “Hobbes” were derived from the names of philosophers John Calvin and Thomas Hobbes. Likewise, “Bacon” is derived from philosopher Francis Bacon.

As for the picture itself, only one word comes to mind: Heartwarming.
