I'm not a fan of this episode. I'm completely convinced it was written entirely for this joke, and it's not even a funny one.

I think it was made for a joke, but not for that.

Considering the main joke is how Bloo "busted the bust."

They literally use that line like three or four times in the span of a few minutes.
