Yeah, said it before in the last image, but this kind of "moral stance" of Twilight's doesn't fit with her character… Hell, it wouldn't fit with any character.

And it just feels like such a jarring piece of obviousness would have been noticed…. easily…

Should point out, that a pirate haven falls OUTSIDE of civil society and there for, a Pirate is but a Outlaw and NOT a civilian.

However, by this same merit the gang are WANTED criminals, upon braking the law a citizen revokes some rights as a citizen, there for Twilight CAN and even SHOULD use magic to apprehend them.

They (the authors) simply don't want her to go all out this time, also they (the gang) where MUCH weaker in there first appearance.
