But isn't that what makes life beautiful? The odds were so stacked against life forming on a planet, but it happened, and eventually, it became sapient. Personally, I think that if humanity was planned by a creator, it takes away from the beauty of what we are. Sure, we do dumb and completely reprehensible things all the time, but that doesn't make any human life any less precious. Regardless of whether or not the universe is infinite or finite, there is no other being with your exact DNA pattern. There is no one who experiences the world in the exact same way you do.
…..aaaaaand sorry for getting all philosophical and whatnot. But sometimes people think like the gif…"Nobody exists on purpose, nobody belongs anywhere, everybody's gonna die" and they fall into an existential depression. It doesn't mean Life doesn't matter. It means Life matters even more.

I'd make a a counter argument, but I'll leaves this quote from Niezsche here: ""If we affirm one moment, we thus affirm not only ourselves but all existence. For nothing is self-sufficient, neither in us ourselves nor in things; and if our soul has trembled with happiness and sounded like a harp string just once, all eternity was needed to produce this one event--and in this single moment of affirmation all eternity was called good, redeemed, justified, and affirmed.""
