I don't know about this, but I do know that there is a judge in georgia that is refusing to do any marriages at all because of this.

I would imagine that he would not have to do any marriages if he keeps this up….cause he isn't doing his job and all. I don't know about judges, but refusing to do your job at all usually gets you fired.
