I hate to be the downer, but they shouldn’t have let him off. He just admitted to running red lights all the time. They have some weird bonding moment over Pulp Fiction, and then he secretly listens in on their radio.

My "Bad M-----------" wallet saves me from another traffic citation. While cruising around after a big storm, Youngstown police officers in an unmarked car see me treat a red light as if it were a stop sign. In my 02 Explorer I have a Havis police console with police/fire scanner and an amateur radio transceiver.
