10 Memes About Krampus Closing In
Krampus Day has just passed, and now Krampus is said to be out looking for naughty children before the holidays. Many of us aren't particularly familiar with Krampus, since we didn't grow up in a society where we were meant to dread evil Santa Claus every year. To explain, Krampus is basically the anti-Santa in some European regions. He's a horned monster who kidnaps evil children in December, tosses them in a sack and drags them away to his cave. Charming, right? It's certainly the best holiday tradition out there.
Apparently, Christmas has a very different meaning depending on whether or not you live in a pro-Krampus region. If you're a kid, hopefully you don't spend your Christmas every year sheltering in place from this guy. We're here to tell you that you're safe. Probably. While you await Krampus's inevitable return, we've gathered some of the best new Krampus memes from this year's Krampus Day and more.
