It makes sense: you fall asleep after hours of scrolling and what you find on the screen will end up in your mind offscreen. On Reddit's /r/thomastheplankengine (named after Thomas the Tank Engine for unclear reasons) dreamers from all corners of the memesphere post the phantoms that have visited them in the dark. Whether any of these memes are their father’s ghost has yet to be determined.
