A lot of companies are just like the rest of us humans — they make mistakes. The thing is, when they do it, they jeopardize their businesses and alienate millions or even billions of consumers. Sometimes, they deserve it, sure, but other times, it was easily preventable and someone clearly didn't care enough to check what they were responding to on social media. Either way, it's pretty cringeworthy, and reminds us why the corporate-run world is basically a nightmare.

At the same time, the most frustrating content put out there by companies is also some of the most hilarious. Whether it's due to a company seriously misunderstanding their name or some things an intern put on Twitter that they really should have thought about a bit more, these posts are all worthy of appreciation.
