Many people online can't stand watching any of the film iterations following Wonka's Chocolate Factory, and for good reason — Grandpa Joe is the absolute worst, and everyone should know it. After faking paralysis for 20 years just to dance his way out of bed when Charlie announces he needs someone to go to Wonka's factory with him. Grandpa Joe then proceeded to complain and eventually force his grandson to drink the off-limits soda in the factory that nearly killed them.
