Seth Rogen Is Spending His Quarantine Getting High And Watching 'Cats'
We're barely a week in to our self-isolation from the Coronavirus and people are started to get incredibly bored. Fortunately for the entire world, Seth Rogen decided to get extremely stoned last night and watch the film Cats during his quarantine and it might actually be better than the film itself. While Rogen wound up not finishing the film, he did put in a valiant effort to entertain us with his live-tweeting during this extremely anxious time.
First, he announced he was high and that he had never seen the Broadway show.
I’m pretty stoned and watching Cats. I’ve never seen the broadway show. It is truly trippy. Am I supposed to know what a Jellicle is? They’ve said it 200,000 times but I don’t know what’s happening haha.

He initially couldn't handle the scale and size of the set.
Also the scale is bizarre. The behind the scenes features, which are amazing, said the set is 2.5 times scale but that would mean cats are like 60 pounds in real life!

Rogen pointed out that the actors had to go to cat school for this film.
They made them go to cat school.

At one point, he was confused about the mice.
The mice!?!?!?!?!?!!?

Maybe what the world didn't need right now was extremely large cats.
These cats are like 2 feet tall in this world. That’s a huge fucking cat.
— Seth Rogen (@Sethrogen) March 18, 2020
The film was not providing him the type of comedy he was looking for.
This is so “Broadway funny”.

Rogen was also unsure at one point if he should be impressed or not by the dancing.
CG cat people dancing is odd. Is it impressive? I don’t know!

He really loved the cat version of Judi Dench though.
Judi dench looks the most cuddly.

No one show this tweet to Andrew Lloyd Webber.
“Let’s make 35 nonsense songs introducing cats!” – The makers of cats.

How soon until we get an Instagram account of cats wearing high heels?
Some cats get high heels which is funny to picture in real life.

Jason Derulo was apparently floating the entire film.
Jason Derulos feet don’t look like they’re touching the ground.

Rogen decided to not acknowledge Idris Elba's performance after the actor announced he had tested positive for COVID-19.
Out of respect, I’ll leave Idris out of all this.

It turns out Rogen couldn't make it through the whole film and announced that he would be putting on 90 Day Fiancé instead.
Alright I’m turning this off and watching 90 day fiancé. Good night. Stay clean as fuck.

However, Twitter demanded more of this content from Rogen.
Nooo please finish you’re all we have

And while he didn't exactly enjoy Cats , they hoped he would at least try another film.
Please come back tmrw with another movie. #MoviesWithSeth

One user even imagined how the producers of the film must feel reading his tweets.

Some just really wanted him to finish the film because there was even more absurdity he apparently needed to witness.
I’m so disappointed by this choice. You didn’t even get to see Judi Dench address the audience directly at the end. pic.twitter.com/oNyPTnHwCn
