NPC streamers on TikTok are truly pushing the boundaries of entertainment. The most recent AI NPC to join the craze is the I Need More Bullets Guy, who plays the role of a soldier with too much behind.

The guy is everywhere on TikTok right now, spawning meme after meme on the platform, many of which humorously liken his catchphrase to phonetic translations like "I need more boolets" or "I need more boullets." Both play with the sound of his French accent.

Who exactly is the man behind the meme? When did he start doing LIVEs and how did he go viral? Let's explain.

What Is The 'I Need More Bullets' Meme?

The meme in question features a man who's dressed up (or cosplaying) as a soldier in need, wielding a toy Nerf gun on TikTok LIVE and screaming for "more bullets!" While he's shouting, he pretends to shoot rounds of ammo which, in turn, causes him to shake his buttocks.

The man is willfully playing into some sort of gay fantasy, designed for men, and possibly women, who are attracted to a man's rear. Despite being attractive to some, it's also objectively funny, leading to a mix of viewers who are watching it for different reasons.

Ever since screen-recordings of his LIVEs gained traction on the app this month, meme creators have been inserting him into various exploitable templates. His videos are spreading fast, surfacing on Instagram and X, among other websites.

Who Is The 'I Need More Bullets' Guy?

The man behind the meme is a French, Venezuelan TikToker named R.octavoc.r 🗿 whose username on the app is @isrhaul. He started posting videos in early 2021. At the time, he hadn't yet created his now-famous character. Prior to his TikTok LIVE presence, he posted many videos that similarly highlighted his gifted rear end.

What Is 'NPC Streaming?'

NPC streaming has been an interesting phenomenon to keep track of over the past few months. The genre of livestreaming is highly prevalent on TikTok and involves one person playing a "non-playable character," a slang term used in video games that defines the randomly generated people in an open world map. Think Grand Theft Auto or Skyrim.

NPC streaming gained mainstream awareness when clips of a TikToker named Pinkydoll went viral last month, in which she was repeating phrases like "ice cream so good" and "gang gang" for seemingly no reason. However, she was saying such phrases to coincide with the virtual gifts she was receiving, similar to receiving tips as a waiter in real life.

Others like Cherry Crush TV and NPC Miles Morales followed in her footsteps, ultimately leading to the I Need More Bullets guy and his viral fame. All of them, including Mr. Bullets, read as hilariously absurd, alluding to some sort of modern dystopia that the world is just now experiencing.
