Elijah Jamerson is a high school student who went viral on the TikTok account of his classmate Braden Hales. Jamerson's internet fame started with a video that was posted by Hales in early October in which Jamerson was one of the students at his school that he interviewed.

Immediately upon posting, the video went mega-viral, earning millions of plays in less than a day. It was evident in the video's comment section that Jamerson was the star of the show. Inspired by the reaction, Hales posted a second video that again featured his most popular peer.

From then on, Jamerson was a niche micro-celebrity, earning viral fan edits that used some of his catchphrases like "Keep worshipping me" and "Let the show go on."

At the end of October, Jamerson was going viral on his personal TikTok account called @spiritualpressure00 as opposed to on the account of Hales, his interviewer. His self-directed TikTok videos earned millions of plays and gained him a following of over 180,000 people.

However, Jamerson has since made his TikTok account private and has also allegedly deleted all of his videos. This is because he accidentally scared many of his classmates who thought that he might show up to school with a gun.

Jamerson's "school shooter scare" occurred sometime on or before October 30th, following a since-deleted video in which he hinted at a surprise for his classmates at school. Some students at his school assumed that a "surprise" meant the worst and many did not come to school the next day.

Jamerson felt horrible about scaring his classmates. In a tearful apology video, he explained that his surprise was an elaborate Halloween outfit that he was going to impress his classmates with. He seemed to take all of the blame for the quick assumption that his peers made that day.

Many took to social media to defend Jamerson, wondering why anyone would dare to make him cry. He's since taken a hiatus from posting on TikTok. Many of his fans are awaiting his return, hoping that his mental health is positive at the moment.
