Who Is 'Pouch GF' And Why Is She Going Viral? The Discourse About The Zoe Kalotheos 4chan Post Explained

There's a heated topic of discourse spreading on X / Twitter, and it's all about this woman with a pouch.
Her name is purportedly Zoe Kalotheos, and an old 4chan post by someone looking to get rid of their girlfriend's so-called "pouch" has made her go viral.
So, who exactly is Zoe Kalotheos, and what are people saying about the viral 4chan post? Here's what you need to know.

What Is The 'My GF Has A Pouch' Post?
In April 2023, an anonymous user of 4chan's /fit/ (fitness) board posted a photo of two women, purportedly named Jessie Fox and Zoe Kalotheos, posing for a photo in dresses. Kalotheos, who is holding a glass of wine in the photo, is wearing a brown leather skin-tight dress.
The post's caption reads, "My gf has a pouch like pic and it doesn't seem to go away no matter how hard she hits the gym. Is surgery my only hope?"
The "pouch" in question refers to her stomach, which has been circled in red by the poster.
This photograph has been circulating online since as early as 2021 and, notably, is not the poster's girlfriend. Many people have mistakenly believed that the poster is claiming that Kalotheos is their girlfriend, but the post only says that her "pouch" is "like pic," not that she is in the pic.
Regardless, the post was screenshotted and started getting reposted in 2025, inspiring discourse and debates multiple times.

How Is Social Media Reacting To The 'Pouch GF' Post?
The "pouch" post went viral earlier this year after it was reposted by X user @KILLTOPARTY in March 2025 with the additional caption, "Why do all women insist on skin tight clothing?" The judgmental comment on an already judgmental post inspired discussions on the site, including a lot of defense for Kalotheos and her body.
One of the most viral examples is a repost to the /r/BlatantMisogyny subreddit calling @KILLTOPARTY out for perceivably being unnecessarily hateful.
Then, X user @FeralPHunter quoted the post and wrote, "so many men on here are actually gay," suggesting men should like the pouch. The post gained a whopping 760,000 likes in just a few months, ushering in a new wave of support for Kalotheos.
