Looking for a Co-Writer

So a year ago i made a post about creating a comic type story.

And for a year straight i have been working on this story.

Now i haven't done any actual writing or chapters. Just setting up the lore, the history, the setting, the characters etc etc etc.

But lately i've been caught in sort of a rut. I can't seem to further he setting, the lore, or even how to begin writing the story itself. So i was hoping if there was anyone out there you would like to help

Here's what i have so far

Lore
Characters
The Story Arcs

Be warned, its TL;DR. Like extremely TL;DR. Like holy shit there's now way im reading a years worth of work TL;DR.

I could absolutely help you write. But… there's no way in the nine circles of hell I'm reading all of that. So, here's the two things I would need.
1. A severely condensed version, containing only the information absolutely required to start the story off.
2. A clarification as to the exact medium you're looking for it to be told in.

1. So basically there are these people who get superpowers based on things that cause fatal injuries. Because of their power the world has jumped forward in terms of technology, and the geopolitical structure of the world rapidly changed. The story takes place 70 years after they first appear. Their are different factions and the story is going be told from the perspective of those factions parallel to each other.

2. The medium im going to tell it in is your basic fantasy/sci-fi story. I originally wanted to make it a comic book, but i have no drawing skills nor the money to pay for a dedicated artist. So just money.

Alright, let me clarify a bit. I mean literally at the beginning, like the opening pages of the first chapter (I'm assuming based on what you said this is going to at least start out as a book), what character's perspective will the reader be seeing? What are they like? What is the situation they're it? Give me that, and I'll deliver a micro-tiny sampling of my writing to see if it catches your eye.

Hmm, i was thinking of telling this from a 3rd person perspective. So no one character will be the main focus of the story. But i have started writing on the NATO story, but i haven't finished the chapter.

For Each Perspective it starts off with how one of the characters got their powers. For NATO i'm starting it off with the character Elizabeth Hunter who is described as

"She takes her job seriously. Believes in fairness and honor. She fights like that of a warrior and tries to avoid killing unless necessary. It’s the reason why she became a pilot. She enjoyed the thrill of combat, but hated killing. So she became a pilot because while she could shot down her enemy’s plane, it didn’t necessarily mean they would die from it. When off duty she is far more lax and formal. She cares for the members of her team like they’re her own family. When things go wrong on a mission she tends to blame herself."

Her Background
"A high ranking officer a captain. Her back story would be that she was a former pilot on an Aircraft Carrier. There while she was on the 4th deck a malfunction occurred in the reactor that caused it to explode bathing her and 400 other people in radiation. Her gene reacted and she gained the powers listed above. She was born to an immigrant mother who moved to America and married and American man. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington"

And her power is she can manipulate all forms of light, fly, and has super strength

So the first chapter is when she got her powers.

To be honest i only went with flashbacks because i have no idea how to start a good story off.

You know, I've always wanted to get into creative writing, but I've always been too self-critical and bashful to actually try anything on my own. I can't promise anything, and I have no idea if I'd be useful, but just looking at the first page and seeing things like "god of strong/ weak nuclear force" makes me very intrigued. I'll read the whole thing and get back to you, but I'm going to be starting grad school and I have no prior experience, so, yeah, not the best canidate. The TvTropes forum might also be a good place to get ideas/ lackies as well.

I can't offer myself as a dedicated co-writer, but I can definitely give suggestions.

- Just general advice for lengthy lore you'll see anywhere else: try to stay away from forced info dumps. In the book The Giver, you think you're reading about a normal place. Soon enough the lore and world reveal themselves through Important story devices that serve as undercover exposition.
- Failed superhero attempts might be something to address, like in a passing gag or bit of conversation. In real life, acting superhero/vigilante would just get someone killed. In this kind of world you've set up, one's powers may have a hand in turning their efforts against them, or putting them in more danger than they'd ever be in otherwise.
Might be a good way to write a jaded cool-guy who knows the danger of such a naive way of thinking.

I think the story's interesting, and I wanted to offer my 2 cents.
