The 10 teams are traveling from Stockholm to Berlin, Germany. Michael and Trevor have fallen to the back of the track after missing a crucial transfer flight and are battling Batman and Superman, Zoro and Sanji, and Jack and Chloe to stay alive. Elsewhere, Anna and Elsa are trying to prove that they can beat the big boys.

Last time on Hurt/Heal: Tag Team Battle Royale, the 10 teams traveled from Stockholm to Berlin. Michael and Trevor was pushed back to the back of the pack and attempted to get rid of Ryuko and Satsuki. However, Jack and Chloe argued during one task and couldn't bounce back as they came in last while Goku and Gohan won their 2nd leg. Now the 9 teams travel to Nairobi, Kenya.
