If you want free look up GIMP. Not quite as good as Photoshop but gets the job done and it's free.

Great. Now just have fun with it. Start with some easy cut and paste then move to the eraser and use blur around the edges so it doesn't look so shopped.

That's interesting. It's frowned upon to double/triple/quadruple post in this forum (i.e., posting without letting anyone else respond first.) And I knew that you couldn't post for 30 seconds after posting in a Comments section in the memes or profiles. The site won't let you.
So maybe it has something to do with one of those rules.

i did not mean to post multiple times, my pc lagged and i clicked the post link a bunch of times, it said i had to wait to post again, and i was all like: "WTF" then i noticed my post was already published twice and i deleted them

Oh, yeah. I worked my way through a few more Confirmed memes on the site. Just like Daniel Vazquez said, about half have been ponified (37 of 66 so far.) I expect that when I get to the more recent memes, the percentage will get even higher. But there are over 1,000 memes. I won't be able to figure it out for about 2 months going at the rate of 1 page of memes a day.
