I was minding my own business, scrolling through /x/ on 4chan, when I see a picture of what seems to be a dog with very human-like teeth, grinning back at me evilly. I looked through the thread to find that this is actually a picture referred to as "smiledog", "smile.jpg", and "smile.dog". People have claimed to have gone insane, and had terrible nightmares about it. I tried looking here for info, but no such luck. Does anyone know about this?

It's a creepypasta, with two Photoshops based off of it. That's pretty much it.
