Adult Swim has launched Adult Swim Jr. which is a babyfied version of various Adult Swim shows like Rick and Morty, ATHF, Superjail, Boondocks, Metalocalypse, etc.

4chan's April Fools theme is Canada. Report buttons are replaced with a rake. Pressing on it will give a message saying, "Are you sure you want to report this user for being Canadian? False reports may result in deportation." If banned, a message will say, "User was raked for this post." and will be sent to a quarantine board called /qb/ which is a Quebec board.

Alright, so this is what I came across for this year's April fools day stuff.
- Gamespot's Weapon Expert series had the guy review and talk about the splatoon ink gun
- Camila Cuevas made a video of Gaster slapping Betty for 4 minutes
- TheKknowley, famous for his Payday videos, did a video ranking the facial hair of the heisters
- FishPog, a Discord based around the meme FishPog, rebranded itself as DaBaby
- Mike Inel made a video for Nicole Waterson's side jobs. Extremely NSFW
- Adult Swim has all their cartoons rebranded as babies and rebranded itself as being kid-friendly
- Cheese Forever, a Youtuber all about Destiny exploits and glitches, made a video showing off how to make cheese
- HoloLiveEN rebranded themselves to being serious
- MCGamerCZ did a video talking about how he's making an Onlyfans
- Dragalia Lost is bringing back last years April Fools Day event
- Newgrounds isn't doing anything
- Nothing from Youtube either

LumpyTouch released an Among Us fangame
I Hate Everything pwned a few noobs
TerminalMontage released an ASMR video

It appears I've been undeported. Alright then.

KiwiFarms appears to have all the green outlines turned purple, all the profiles are now anime avatar, and the "Last seen" description on the user profile says "Last seen: Watching their favorite anime! （´∀｀）"

Volkswagen changed their name to Voltswagen and made a prominent journalist go absolutely bonkers.

My favourite things to look forward to in April Fool's are the silly nonsenses gacha games do.

Dokkan Battle has announced fake game modes to be added to the game, and then apologising the next day because the new mode couldn't be implemented, finishing off by giving us free cards related to the "cancelled" mode. 2019's was an 8-bit fighter that gave us 8-bit Goku and Vegeta cards, complete with 8-bit animation effects, 2020's was a racing game and had a card with Bulma on her bike-car-thing.

And now, we have this. It features a Gohan(Great Saiyaman) whose super attack animation is a first-person view of him shooting a ki ball.

The sad thing about April Fools' tomfoolery is that it's hard to top the previous years'.

In 2019, Senran Kagura New Link had a little event where the flat characters got huge badonkers, while everyone else got flattened. Their 2020's ramped up from that by giving one of those flat characters an adult body to go with the tiddies, and then making everyone else smaller on top of the flattened chests.

But now, in 2021, all they did was announce a fake series that's just the 1978 manga Cobra but with Senran Kagura characters, and release collab cards with costumes.

Okay so here’s some more stuff that happened
-Fire Emblem Heroes Twitter released a fake fighting game ad for Fire Emblem Heroes
- PayDay 2 has a community wide event where everyone gets a Comically Large Spoon and had to get 5 million kills as a community to unlock the gold plated spoon. Then get 100 kills to unlock the spoon.
- LMTYA’s Discord turned into a thing of them joking about Shilling Bug Fables
- Dragalia Lost’s discord got turned into a Fire Emblem Heroes discord
- TF2 did it’s usual Mandatory Laugh Taunt thing
- Ishtar Collective, the site used to document and data mine all Lore pieces for Destiny had all icons and sigils remade with MS Paint
- HowToBasic made an 8 hour long video showing how to make a slow cooked Beef Stew
- Streamer Reloaded had a host change

Cookie Run and Cookie Run Kingdom had an event themed around Sugar Gnomes who build levels and you end up going through an incomplete one in the former ending up in the devs own offices with real photographs.
Runescape (RS3) turned one of its major God Wars Dungeon bosses into a balloon to defeat.

Thats all I had April Fools wise not listed here that wasnt funny stuff from a variety of artists and content creators I follow.

The greatest lesson in life is to know that even fools are right sometimes.
