oh right…yeah I too wonder if kym putting a spotlight to really politically radical scizos is a good idea, ESPECIALLY rightwing ones.

Realistically, no one in here is the target audience of those dingbats. The conversion rate of fans from this website for these people is a virtual 0%.

Recently, Vinny Vinesauce had a video go viral on Tik Tok of him shitting on a game's voice acting, getting millions of views. After the wave passed, he confirmed that he got exactly 0 new viewers from that clip, simply because the kind of people that use Tik Tok are just not Vinny's target audience.

If a video can get millions of view and still translate to nothing in metrics for that person, KYM can frontpage douchebags on an article that gets like 1000 views and not have any consequences either for sure.

Then why frontpage it at all?
As I've said before, people here pretend this site is special but it really ain't. MANY articles now are clearly made with the sole driven purpose of clicks, which is why there's so much filler. TikTok anyone? KYM is owned by a corporation (it says "Literally Media Ltd." at the very bottom of the page) yet dudes treat it like the little guy standing up to the world, leading me to think they really aren't aware despite how blatantly obvious it is. Or they just willfully ignore it, so desperate to believe they're the one exception to the modern web. In the end it's just another clickbaity news site, and I myself can't even criticize it much because I'd just look like some hypocrite given how constantly I fall for it.
