My favorite is Sluggy Freelance

(Wikipedia files starts here)

Sluggy Freelance is a popular, long-running daily webcomic written and drawn by Pete Abrams. The comic has over 100,000 daily readers and premiered on August 25, 1997. Abrams is one of the few, and first, webcomic creators successful enough to make a living as an artist.
While the strip began as a gag-based series in which the three main protagonists (Torg, Riff and Zoë) would stumble from one brief, bizarre, parody-centric adventure to the next, the characters and plotlines have gradually become longer and more serious. However, even the more dramatic and soap operatic story arcs often conform to the common gag comic strip format. While there is often sexual innuendo and cartoon violence, the comic contains little strong profanity and no explicit nudity.

I like it because the drawings are unique, and the storyline is deep and can be hilarious sometimes. Also because it has robots, witches, demons from another dimension,human-cyborgs,satanic kittens, aliens, ghosts, horrible puns, and many more.

It's a close battle among the webcomic I read, but i think the winner is…

I like the characters, I like the characters evolution, I like the continuity and I like the punchlines.
It's a comic about a big buff divorced rabbit that married a sexy widow wolfess after they met online and they found only after their first RL meet they beloged to quite opposite species but overcame that. Plus, She has a fox son from her previous husband and he has a hedgehog daughter he adopted together his ex wife, and who (his daughter) recently married a bat who as recently as well found out his mom is a vampire bat, while the fox boy is actually dating a fennec girl who has passed through many changes, but not as much as the hedgehog girl. No! She's not the secret sister of Sonic, that would have been waaay simpler than her actual situation.

Ohh… I don't know.

Dammit you stole mine!

Well……then I guess I'll go with second place.
My second place is Holiday Wars.

Holiday Wars talks about, well, holidays. In human form.
Obviously Christmas is Santa and Easter is the Bunny, but in the comics Christmas is killed by the bunny………..
More interesting than it sounds.

In Sluggy Freelance,Bun-Bun,a talking violent rabbit with switchblade who also become the Easter Bunny for several years always tries to kill Alien-transmorphed Santa at Christmas every year.Coincidence? O_O
