I'm not reading through the whole thread to see if someone answered this already, but while I'm not a furry, I have at times recognized that animals have pleasant textures that you simply don't find in humans, which may be part of the appeal? I have no desire to have sex with an animal, but I've certainly considered that a girl with soft fur like a cat, or smooth skin like a snake would potentially be really quite sexy.
