The opposite of "you laugh you lose" is "you cry you win".
The losing condition is the only thing inverted, and even then that's not really an inversion, seeing as frowning ranges from mildly displeased to casual facial expression, whereas Crying the expression of excessive despair, comparable to laughter's usual form of excessive elation.
