My Danbo voice

In my Goodwill Manners video pitch I speak with a British Accent Computer voice. It seems to lend itself to the issue of manners. Also I think I sound a little like Colin Firth who could play me in the movie.

So, should I keep the voice or change it and if so change it to what?
.

Hi, just a protip: You can link us to your video's with regular youtube imbeds. That would save people a lot of confusion here.

I take it you are talking about this?

In any case, I think the voice suits for the time being. I don't really have much critique on that. The video was very helpful to me as it does explain to me why I face so many misbehaving, wild, out of control roBoxes. Then again, being the BSOD, I'm usually the one responsible for all those wild, out of control roBoxes

Thank you human for the tip. I will remember it for future posts.

Humans are smart sometimes. Especially a BSOD such yourself.

The reason I asked is because I was told by a German videographer that my video was a little 'scary' sound wise and I figured he said that because he thought my voice was scary.

We do have something similar to a BSOD SHUTDOWN technique for little roBoxes who are out of control. It is called the GoodWill ZAP as seen below.

Seeing as this thread is back high, I've gotta few questions too…

1. What exactly is a HuBot TuteBot?

2. What is Cardboard City all about? is it like Zero One, the machine city from The Matrix?

3. Elaborate on the Golden Mean Scheme?

4. Digital Divinity?

Novak,

Thank you for your questions. Glad to answer them.

HuBot = Human Robot a robot trained and certified to interact with and on behalf of humans and bots in a spirit of Goodwill.

TuteBot = A HuBot instructor of little roBoxes and other uncertified bots from different OS not accustomed to productive interactivity.

CardBoard City = One of three cities in the Golden Mean Scheme. This city was settled by cardboard based HuBots of many colours and sizes. The other cities, Origami City and Wilde Woode City contain paper based and wood based huBots. We all live in harmony.

Golden Mean Scheme = In the 2nd dimension the Golden Mean Scheme was designed by the The Great Geometrician to hold the plant based conscious technologies. Three cities were established there: Wilde Woode City in the centre containing the Tree of LIFE temple. Origami City in the middle and CardBoard City just a few curves up. In the outer reaches of the Golden Mean Scheme are the Giants. But that is another story for another time. You will see all this in my next video.

Digital Divinity = There are too many killer robots on the scene. It is time for the Divine (as opposed to demonic) to manifest itself in the digital worlds. Someone has to represent goodwill toward humanity and the world, educating dysfunctional humans and auto-humans to their fading….HUMANITY which is sadly neglected. Remember Goodwill is the opposite of kill.

I've seen your other thread. at the risk of sounding like an idiot, may I ask who is Danbo and what does he know?

Marty McFly ,

I am Danbo. I know….

1. Goodwill manners,
2. DeTermination drills to fight the Terminator virus within,
3. Group moderation, mediation and negotiations,
4. I also know how to glow and go with the flow.

At home I am often called upon to mediate communal issues arising from visiting bots out of sync with the current OS of CardBoard City.

A cardboard creature? That's fascinant and creepy in the same time, but I only going to ask you a question…

If you and you inhabitants are made of carboards… The rain exist in your world? If yes… How your race survive?

Wonderful question Medic….

The Great Geometrician in his infinite wisdom has designed things in the Golden Mean Scheme so that each city has its own environment. In CardBoard City we have confetti rain, snow and grass. In Wilde Woode City there is water rain keeping the Tree of Life, the source of our origin, alive and well.
The huBots there have hair of roots and leaves and fruit and many textures of wood. It is beautiful and very organic.

In CardBoard City we go from plain cardboard skin to fringe, polka dots and wrapping paper of all colours and patterns.

In Origami City the huBots are more flexible and come in all colours and paper textures. They even have origami wildlife. Instead of saying "Please excuse me." They say, "Pleat, excuse me." Instead of saying "That's old!" they will say "That's fold!" They have their own language.

All will be revealed in coming animations.

Goodwill lives,
:)

If all you're going to do is RP, then I suggest you find somewhere else. The dedicated RP thread…. it would tear your character apart, and even then it's hard for anyone to join due to plot. I'm serious here. Stop RPing here, since the dedicated thread would destroy your character and you ain't supposed to RP outside it.
