I think they got better things to do than fight each other.
Same with a lot of characters that we like to pin each other up against.

Even if they did fight, Spider-man would probably get tired of Deadpool and go home while Deadpool yells, 'Baby, come back!"

60's Spiderman would win by default. With any other version it's less clear.
