Worst Episode Ever.
South Park Season 6 Episode 10 :"Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society". It was very boring, and then got annoying when all the boys started going neanderthal.
Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends has "Everyone Knows It's Bendy" featuring this guy:
For those unfamiliar with Foster's, the episode involves the house getting this guy, who ultimately winds up being one of the biggest buttwipes on television, getting everyone in trouble for things he was responsible for. The clincher? He gets away scot free for everything he did.
