Obviously I'm kind of biased towards <a href = "http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-1420">my own SCP . It's honestly not that good though, and I plan on doing a second rewrite at some point when I get some good inspiration.

But, in reality, my favorite has to be <a href = "http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-354">SCP-345, the red lake that spits out monsters and got mad when the Foundation tried to destroy it.

Nothing I've written comes close to that thing, and it's arguably not even the best on the site. It's still my favorite though.
