I always spoke it out as maim and thought it was said like that.
Until on of my classmates said it as meh-meh.

So how do you say it, or is it supposed to be spoken.

According to the admins, you say it as 'meem', like "(he is) meen", but with a 'm' at the end.

mEEm.

Like, Meam.
