This website has started to pop up a lot as of late.
Don't let the name fool you, its a website similar to YTMND; you set a foreground image, background image, possibly some music, and let it all mix into a big "party" webpage made of pure kek.
I've made a couple already, one being Space Jam-themed and the other meant to be a reaction to someone being BTFO.
Here's a couple more that were made by chan anons: the infamous CN stairwell scribble incident and a certain famous Anime reaction image (seizure warning?).
