Deviantart by proxy mostly 'cause I've never been to Fur Affinity
DA does have some legitimate good artists on it, especially if you just set your frontpage settings to "Undiscovered" and behold! Talent!
But I have seen some things
some things that I wish have stayed unseen…
[PTSD triggering]

DeviantArt also offers stuff like photography. It's also where I got my current digital space wallpaper from, which is also a thing what it's good for.

The fetish shit on DA is usually bad quality or done by youngsters with no proper English. It's so bad in quality that I can't take it serious as fetish art 90% of the time or just laugh at it.

FurAffinity is just that: Furry. And those guys make certain the cringe fetish stuff actually looks decent a lot of time. Making FurAffinity's cringe stuff by default worse.

Well, taking that question as starting point, FA is better/less worse in that regard, since being first and foremost a furry website, it has a smaller scope than DA.

Well, that Car Unbirthing picture came from a guy on Fur Affinity. Which is about 10 orders of magnitude cringiest thing on DevientArt. Both still pale in comparison to /b/, which can't hold a candle to some of the stuff on the deep web.

Hmm… well, I'd imagine it varies from person to person based on what types of things you're searching up in the first place, and what you identify as "cringy", since it's different for everyone. I personally have found "worse" things on DA than FA out of the few times I've been to each, but in all honesty the worst of the worst generally doesn't come from either.

That's a pretty strange standard you have there. Me, when I see an actual quality image with something like hard vore in it, I say to myself "oh, this artist has this fetish, whatever, really not my thing". But when it's in the style of a kindergartner's crayon drawing, my mind goes to "this person may be making a suit of human skin right now". Deviantart is more likely to give you the latter.

FurAffinity definatly, just to point it out they actually dont have only furry art there, i once saw a image that involved Mario so FA doesnt have just furry art and – in general – is worse than DA for so many reasons. Like the fact that on DA the stuff that people post is usually not 18+

This is actually a good point, DA allows Nudity but no sexual contact while FA does, so FA is going to have more cringey stuff just cause of that

That is, if you find explicit content in general to be "cringey", but not everyone cares about explicit content that much. I still say it's a toss up, because in the end it's entirely up to preference.
