You scored a total of 7
*joke about how this is impossible due being a mod on KYM*
Rundown for me:
>usually notices small details and changes
>kind of so-so at social situations, don't usually like them but not bad at handling them
> really terrible at remembering phone numbers, birthday dates, car license plate numbers etc.
>made up some pretty crazy fantasy universes in primary school out of sheer boredom and got several of my friends addicted to roleplaying them
>implying you can't have a party in a library
>never plan any activities I participate in; tend to show up to public speaking events with zero preparation
>doesn't bother me a bit if my daily schedule or work routine is disturbed. In fact, everyone is invited to disturb it as much as they like provided that I still get paid
Fair enough, I suppose.
>0-29 = No autism
Well that's…. close.
I scored 13, so no autism for me.
I've got 10.
Good thing
tenoutaten. I mean ten out of thirty four+
"34 and up, Autism likely "
Yeah saw it coming
"You scored a total of 10"
Scored 4
"You scored a total of 11"
not too shabby
i only got 14 autismo points
I got 35
31- possible.
I feel like a lot of the time, autism and Aspberger's tests and such assume that a person is from a western culture, which is probably fair, since that's where a fair number of people are well off to be "worrying about such minor things" rather, then, say, disease or malnutrition, plus the stigma of "mental illness" is finally starting to wear off somewhat, and people are willing to consider issues like these seriously and openly more and more, which isn't true everywhere.
Still, I generally score lower than I expect and it makes me wonder if some cultural assumptions are taken for granted. I spent ages 3-8 growing up in Japan, was given Japanese books to read, watched Japanese TV, and even went to a Japanese preschool. And I think it's due to what I picked up there that resulted in some "missing traits" despite a professional diagnosis when I moved back to the states. For example, politenes has never been an issue (athough saying dumb things occasionally has) and being too formal has been my problem. I cant recall anyone ever telling me that I talked too much, but I remember loads of times I want to talk but because I was unsure I didn't. Lasly, I never had too much trouble with metaphorical language and that may have been due to learning two languages or growing up partially in a high-context culture.
I'm probably just overthinking things.
I got 27. Hurray for me.
29. I've gotten good at hiding my power level.
I've already been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome IRL, but did the test anyways.

Hmm, a little low, I may not have answered some questions as accurately as I should have. Though, to be fair, I've gotten much better at coping with it over the years, so my answers now are probably different than they would've been when i was first diagnosed.
But to be frank, taking an Autism quiz to see if you have Autism should give you +3 to your results at the least.

"Based upon your responses to this autism screening measure, it appears that you are likely suffering from an autism spectrum disorder, or Asperger's disorder. People who score similarly often qualify for a diagnosis of autism or Asperger's.
People with an autism spectrum disorder often suffer from severe and sustained impairment in social interaction and the development of restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior, interests, and activities. The disturbance must cause clinically significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning."
Oh hello information I've known since I was young. (I was diagnosed with Aspergers at a young age.)
I got a 6
how dissapointing
I scored a 21, so I guess I'm safe…
Scored 18. Good, I guess?
you scored a total of 8
Now how will I fufill my dream of being Chris Chan??
